Open Data and Citizen Empowerment. Survey Analysis of the Most Active Open Data Users.

We show data from a survey conducted in Spain that describe characteristics of the users of open data. Our research Current transition that only 10-15% of respondents know how to use open data. We analyzed the characteristics of these users and differences with those who have never used open data. We studied user profiles using variables that we consider relevant: expectations , motivation , age, educational level , sex and/or political ideology, etc.
